In the spring of 1990, Mei Tsui came to the United States from Beijing, China, for graduate school, earning a master’s degree in civil engineering in 1994. She became a licensed professional civil engineer and was successful in her engineering career. She decided to become a health instructor and lifestyle coach when she realized she enjoyed helping people become the best versions of themselves.
She worked hard every day to strike a balance between her work and family life with her two young boys (one of whom is now a law school student and the other a junior in college). She dreamed big, hoping to gain financial security and wanted to make a real difference by helping others.
At the age of 43, Mei was blessed with a daughter right before Mother’s Day of 2006. Everything had changed for her. She was 30 pounds overweight, had a lack of energy every day, and was looking for help to get better. In the summer of 2010, the very week her eldest son was graduating from high school, she was introduced to USANA Health Sciences. She experienced the quality and difference of USANA products and was inspired by the vision of Dr. Myron Wentz, the founder of USANA. In 2011, Mei decided to quit her engineering work and completely devote herself in sharing healthy living solutions to many more people.
She is now maintaining the same weight as she weighed 25 years ago before she had three kids. Mei is a certified Zumba instructor, works with a trainer every week, and often runs 5K for charity events. Her body is stronger and has greater energy than any time in the past.
In the past six years, Mei’s passion and sharing of the best choices for a healthy living lifestyle has reached many people all around the world – from regular people to professional athletes. This is a dream come true – the ability to change lives forever.
Thank you so much friends for your time to read this real story. If Mei can do it, so can You!
Life is beautiful every day. Do not wait, complain, or make excuses. The opportunity is up to us to take and make the decision! Mei let more than 20 years go by quickly before finding her true path, and she can’t wait for the next 20 or more years with all of you. The best is yet to come!
When we have health, we own life and live it. It’s never about some 21-day or 30-day challenge to lose several pounds of weight repeatedly – such as with a yoyo diet – but to live a healthy lifestyle every day. “Love life and live it” is not about using some temporary fixes or magic creams to remove some wrinkles on your face, but to give that fountain of youth with cellular nutrients to your body.
Our health is not up to our parents, family members, friends, doctors, or some Internet messages, but up to each one of us. It’s was God’s gift for Mei to have been introduced to USANA six years ago. She wants to share it with all of you so you can take your beautiful life seriously and want to take actions to stay at your best every day.
We are inspired, determined, ignited, excited and inviting you to be part of this health movement. Yes, we can! The train is about to leave – are you coming aboard?
